While you have many options over how we paint the exterior of your home, you deserve to have the security of knowing you will not need to hire another contractor for a good stretch of time. Our full service prep plan:
- Complete powerwash (kills all mold/fungus, includes an additive to prevent future mold growth).
- All rotten or compromised wood replaced with highest grade timber
- Free inspection and minor maintenance of flashing, gutters, downspouts, and foliage
- Very thorough prep work with Elastomeric caulking (expands and contracts with the weather)
- Full coat of highest quality tinted primer, brushed and rolled
- Full coat of highest quality paint with additives (Emulsabond for aluminum siding, moldicides for wood, etc.)
- End-of-job inspection with complimentary touch-ups where required
- Custom-tailored “recipe for a healthy house” plan.
