Our Warranties

While you have many options over how we paint the exterior of your home, you deserve to have the security of knowing you will not need to hire another contractor for a good stretch of time.  What follows is a brief outline of the depth of attention we can put into your painting project.  For more information on our prep work, please see the Exterior section. We will also be happy to send you a company overview document as well as review proper and thorough preparation at the quote.

Our full service prep plan:

  • Complete powerwash (kills all mold/fungus, includes an additive to prevent future mold growth).
  • All rotten or compromised wood replaced with highest grade timber
  • Free inspection and minor maintenance of flashing, gutters, downspouts, and foliage
  • Very thorough prep work with Elastomeric caulking (expands and contracts with the weather)
  • Full coat of highest quality tinted primer, brushed and rolled
  • Full coat of highest quality paint with additives (Emulsabond for aluminum siding, moldicides for wood, etc.)
  • End-of-job inspection with complimentary touch-ups where required
  • Custom-tailored “recipe for a healthy house” plan.

I’m so glad David knocked on my door, because he really took the time to sit down with me, answer every question I had (and the ones I was thinking but didn’t have the guts to ask), and gave me the most detailed quote I’ve ever seen.

Once I interviewed the individual painters (another rare perk), I was ready to let them go to work. I’m pleased with the work and grateful for the facelift to my home.
